My name is Ella Paul. I am currently in my final year of graphic design at Fanshawe college. Growing up art was always something I loved, as I went through high school I became more interested in digital art. The first pieces I ever created digitally were flowers, I enjoyed studying all the different lines and shapes that make up a flower and designing them as realistic or as abstract as I wanted. I always thought that I would want to go into a career of marketing and logo design but throughout my three years at Fanshawe I became more interested in digital illustration. I really enjoy creating messy hand drawn digital art, I like the idea of being able to quickly erase my mistakes with the click of a button and using digital tools to create different style of art. I feel most inspired by the world around me. I love travelling and feel my most inspired when I’m experiencing a new country or culture.
